End User License Agreement & Technical Terms

IMPORTANT: Please read this document carefully before using Zhexcheats software or services. By installing, opening files, or otherwise using Zhexcheats, you agree to be bound by all sections below.

1. License

By receiving, opening files and/or using Zhexcheats, you agree that this End User License Agreement (EULA) is a valid agreement and you agree to be bound by it. You agree to respect intellectual property laws and all terms and conditions of this Agreement. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Zhexcheats grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, without the right to sublicense, to use Zhexcheats in accordance with this Agreement and any other written agreement with Zhexcheats. Team does not transfer the title of Zhexcheats to you. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, remove Zhexcheats from your computer.

2. Distribution

Zhexcheats, the license, the account created here and everything that is acquired in it will not be copied, shared, distributed, resold, offered for resale, transferred or sublicensed, in whole or in part. For information on redistributing Zhexcheats, contact the Zhexcheats team.

3. User Agreement

The license to use Zhexcheats is limited to the number of licenses you have purchased. You must not allow others to use or copy Zhexcheats under your license. Any failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement will result in the automatic and immediate cancellation of this license. Upon termination of this license for any reason, you agree to immediately stop using Zhexcheats.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

This software and the following files are sold “as is” and without performance or merchantability guarantee or any other warranties, express or implied.

5. Subscriptions, Updates & Refunds

  • Subscriptions: You are solely responsible for any online gaming activities and any loss of any of your accounts, financial or not. Zhexcheats does not accept responsibility for account bans or financial losses.
  • Updates: We guarantee an update within 3 days of any patch. Any lost time during update periods will be compensated by extending your subscription accordingly.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued only if requested within 3 days of purchase according to our refund policy.

6. Errors

Our software, like any other, is subject to errors. If an error occurs on your machine when using our software, you may need to fully reinstall your operating system. If errors are not resolved by our chat support, you must use third-party remote-access tools (e.g. AnyDesk, TeamViewer) for troubleshooting.

7. Changes

Our cheats modify your machine’s hardware identifiers (HWID) to remain undetected, which may void your Windows license and remove certain software that checks HWID. We recommend dual-boot setups for gaming only. Temporary files may be deleted during operation. Our loader will disable Windows Defender and Firewall and install required Visual C++ runtimes.

8. Bans

Using cheats carries ban risk. While our tools aim to stay undetected, anticheat updates may result in account bans. Zhexcheats is not responsible for any resulting losses. Always use with caution. If banned, a full system format is recommended to clear any logs.

9. Requirements

Our cheats and loader have minimum system requirements. If you do not meet them or refuse installation of required components, request a refund within 3 days of purchase; otherwise your order may be cancelled.
